Planner Challenge-Day 9

Oops, I had this ready to post and forgot yesterday, sorry!

What is one health goal that you have for this year?
Mine is to work out at least 3 times a week with the true goal being 4 times.  I enjoy Zumba, Pilates, and walking or hiking.  I am also a member of the YMCA where I usually use the fitness center.
